They were running around, serving everyone, cleaning, cooking, everything. Kudos to them. At the same time, the place was clearly overbooked or understaffed. We had to wait a long time for someone to get our orders. So my issues are not about waiters at all but rather about management. Still recommended though, it's sometimes very hard to get a place to stay and eat in Viareggio in the evening and they delivered. ”
